Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Mini-Store and any user of the Platform — both a seller who registers a store and a buyer who purchases from one. Registering on the Platform (for sellers) or placing an order (for buyers) confirms full and unconditional agreement to these terms.

1. Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meaning set out below:
- • "Platform" or "Mini-Store" — the website mini-store.org and its related services, through which a seller can create their own link-in-bio mini-store.
- • "Seller" or "Store" — a natural or legal person who registers on the Platform and sells their own products or services through the store page assigned to them. Seller information (store name, contact channels) is available on the store page.
- • "Buyer" — any person who visits a store page and/or places an order. A buyer does not need to create a separate account on the Platform.
- • "Intermediary" — a service-provider role under the Georgian Law on Electronic Commerce — this is Mini-Store's role between seller and buyer.
- • "Agreement" — these Terms of Service.
2. General provisions
The Platform lets a seller create one permanent link (a mini-store) to present their products or services and take orders. Each store is isolated — the Platform has no cross-store "browse all stores" experience; a buyer reaches a specific store through the link the seller shares.
Mini-Store acts as an intermediary between seller and buyer and is not the direct seller of the products or services. Mini-Store is liable only for damage caused by a technical or functional failure of the Platform, as provided under the Georgian Laws on Consumer Rights Protection and on Electronic Commerce.
3. Seller account
To create a store, a seller opens an account on the Platform (email/password or Google/Facebook) and selects a subscription package. The seller bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided when creating the account. The seller is responsible for keeping their account details secure and for all actions carried out through their account.
Mini-Store may temporarily or permanently suspend/close a seller's account for technical or security reasons, including suspected fraud, sale of prohibited goods, or a serious breach of these terms.
4. Subscription package payment and refunds
Upgrading a package (from Free or a lower package) is currently a one-time payment — not an automatically recurring charge. An upgraded package stays in effect indefinitely, until the seller changes it themselves in the Dashboard settings.
If a payment was made by mistake or against the seller's intent, the seller may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment — simply contact us through the channel listed above. After that window, the amount paid is non-refundable. Downgrading or returning to the Free package is possible at any time, independently from the Dashboard — this does not trigger a refund of amounts already paid.
5. Seller obligations
The seller is responsible for the accuracy of product/service descriptions, pricing, stock or availability, and communication with buyers. For bank-transfer (IBAN) payments, confirming the transfer (based on the receipt/screenshot uploaded by the buyer) is the seller's responsibility. The seller must not sell prohibited goods (see below) and must comply with Georgian law.
6. Placing an order
A buyer places an order directly on the store page by completing the checkout form (name, phone, and address or email as required) — no separate registration is needed. Before submitting, the buyer can review the order details and correct any mistake. By placing an order, the buyer explicitly consents to the processing of personal data (checkbox).
A seller may cancel an order if a product is no longer available due to a stock shortage or another objective reason — the buyer is notified immediately through the contact channel provided. A buyer may cancel an order themselves, without liability, at any point before the seller confirms it is being processed/shipped — to do so, the buyer contacts the seller directly, through the contact channel on the store page or the link in the order-confirmation message.
7. Payment methods and the flow of funds
An order may be paid for: (a) by bank transfer (IBAN) — the buyer transfers the amount directly to the seller's own account and uploads a confirmation receipt; or (b) by bank card, through a payment provider (Flitt) the seller has independently connected — this option is available only once the seller already has their own payment-provider account connected.
Mini-Store never holds, processes, or has access to funds paid by a buyer — when paying by card, the money goes directly to the seller's own, independently connected payment-provider account, never to a Mini-Store account. Accordingly, chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by the payment provider and the buyer's bank under standard banking rules — Mini-Store is not an intermediary there. For IBAN transfers, any dispute (goods not received, payment not confirmed, etc.) is resolved directly between buyer and seller — Mini-Store has no means or access to return funds, since they never pass through a Mini-Store account. Mini-Store does not operate a user balance/wallet system.
8. Order delivery
Mini-Store does not provide courier services and is not a party to the delivery process — transporting the ordered product is handled by the seller, either personally or through their own courier contractor. Delivery time, cost, and terms are set individually by each seller and are shown on the store page or agreed directly with the buyer.
Upon receiving an order, the buyer is advised to inspect the product and confirm it matches the order and has no visible defect. In case of a mismatch or damage, the buyer should contact the seller immediately through the contact channel shown on the store page.
9. Prohibited goods
The following categories may not be sold on the Platform:
- • Prescription medication
- • Age-restricted products (alcohol, etc.) without age verification
- • Counterfeit or intellectual-property-infringing goods
This protects the Platform from indirect liability, even though the Platform itself is not the seller.
10. Statutory warranty — physical goods
Statutory warranty terms apply only to buyers who are natural persons. If a product turns out to be defective, the buyer may require the seller to remedy the defect free of charge (repair or replacement), reduce the price, or withdraw from the agreement — unless the defect is minor. Repair or replacement must happen within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience to the buyer, at the seller's expense.
The buyer may exercise these rights if the defect appears within 2 years of receiving the product. A defect found within the first 6 months of possession is presumed to have existed at delivery (the burden of proof is on the seller); after 6 months, the burden shifts to the buyer. Mini-Store is not a party to this warranty — any claim should go directly to the seller, through the contact channel on the store page.
11. Service and digital-product warranty
A similar principle applies to services offered on a store (e.g. a service purchased as a booking) — if the service performed is defective or delayed, the buyer must give the seller a reasonable additional period to remedy it (unless that is impossible given the nature of the service). If that period passes without result, the buyer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the agreement and claim damages as provided by law.
For a digital product, the warranty applies if the delivered file does not match its description or is corrupted — in that case, the buyer may request a corrected version or a refund from the seller.
12. Return policy (14-day right)
Under Article 13 of the Georgian Law on Consumer Rights Protection, for physical goods a buyer may withdraw from the agreement without stating a reason and return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The request must go directly to the seller, through the contact channel on the store page. The buyer must return the product to the seller's address promptly, no later than 7 calendar days, and bear the direct cost of the return. The seller must refund the amount paid no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the product back or proof it was shipped back (whichever comes first).
- • Products made or customized to the buyer's individual order
- • Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life
- • Sealed goods whose seal was broken after delivery, for hygiene reasons
- • Products worth less than 30 GEL
- • Digital content, if its delivery/access began with the buyer's prior, explicit consent (from the moment of "download")
The 14-day right does not apply to a service (booking) if performance began, with the buyer's prior consent, or was fully completed at the agreed booking time — this clause still requires a lawyer's confirmation before it is final.
13. Promotions and promo codes
An individual store may from time to time run a discount or promo code set by the seller. The terms of any promotion or promo code are set independently by the seller and apply only to the specific store where it was published — Mini-Store is not a party to those terms.
14. Intellectual property
A user (seller or buyer) must not take any action that infringes the intellectual property rights held by the Platform or any third party. Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse of Platform content (design, code, text, logo), in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, is prohibited without Mini-Store's written consent.
Each seller retains ownership of the photos, descriptions, and branding (name/logo) they upload for their products — the seller is responsible for ensuring uploaded material does not infringe a third party's rights.
15. Limitation of platform liability
Mini-Store does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or work without interruption, but it is liable for damage caused by a technical or functional failure of the Platform that violated a user's statutory rights.
Mini-Store is not a party to the commercial transaction between seller and buyer (product quality, accuracy of description, delivery, payment confirmation) and is not liable for damage arising from that relationship — the Platform's role is limited to providing information (order history, contact details) to make communication between the parties easier in case of a dispute.
16. Disputes and governing law
The relationship between a user and Mini-Store is governed by Georgian law. In case of a complaint, a user may contact Mini-Store through the contact channel listed above — we will review it and respond within no more than 14 calendar days of receipt.
Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may apply to the LEPL Georgian National Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (depending on the nature of the dispute) or directly to court.
17. Account deletion
A seller may request account deletion from the Dashboard at any time — see Privacy Policy for details.
18. Changes and amendments
This document may be changed unilaterally by Mini-Store at any time — registered sellers will be notified of any change a reasonable time in advance, via a Dashboard notification or email.
